In 2015, Pluralsight established the E-learning Advisory and Research Network (E-LEARN) – a virtual group of L&D and HR leaders across the technology industry in India. E-LEARN’s objective is to contribute to primary research on industry practices in learning and development. This white paper is the result of a research project sponsored by Pluralsight and executed by Kantar IMRB

About the Sample:

We interviewed 106 technology companies spread across both the services and the product space. 92% of the companies interviewed had a well-defined learning and development function. All respondents interviewed had learning and development responsibilities for their organizations.
